a grand day out
Alice had her first outing today, going with us to the chiropractor. mama hurt her back a bit during labor, and the chiro did help, but it's still not great. so please pray that she'll be feeling better soon.
Caleb still loves his little sister, but he's been getting more and more whiney and fussy. hopefully he'll get used to the new normal soon. so here he is checking her out in the cool basket from Amber. and I think she may be getting tired of all the picture-taking.

He will get used to it, but I'll be praying for that very thing.
I love the 'no more pictures, please' pose of Alice. She is beautiful! Jerry and I have been praying for you the last few weeks as delivery time neared. Now we're concentrating our delivery prayers for the Monahans! But we'll pray for your small family's growing needs as Caleb adjusts to his new sister. I'm so glad nursing is going well this time. Good job, Michelle!!! I'm cheering for you too, but I know your #1 cheerleader is still your wonderful husband.
I love her long little baby fingers. Ooh, lovin' the pics!
