dance and smile
we had a great weekend with my family at an amazing lodge near blairsville, ga to celebrate my parents 35th anniversary. it was our first baby road trip, and he did great. there are lots of pictures, which I'll post when I can. meanwhile, here are a couple animations of Caleb dancing and smiling, which he does quite well: here's one and here's another (the file sizes are a bit large, but hopefully I'll do them in flash instead soon).

yeah, he is :-)
the weird thing is that he looks a LOT like I did when I was a tyke, so it's like I'm holding and hugging a tiny version of me. so is it egotistical to think he's so cute? it's going to be hard to remember that he ISNT me as he's growing into who HE is.
of course I think he gets most of his expressiveness and cuteness from his mama.
Oh yeah, he's getting his funk on just like his dad used to! Super Funk Disco House Party at the Weigers.
Yeah.. i forgot how wierd you Blackwatch guys were.
yeah we were wild and crazy all right. there's just something about red pants, a flashing blue light, kool and the gang, and dancing like an idiot that's good for the soul.
Wow! Look at that guy grow! He's starting to look like a little boy. (I mean as opposed to an infant) :)
