we have the cutest kid ever

we had the 20 week ultrasound today, and we discovered that we have the custest kid ever. here are some scans of the sonograms. we found out if it's a boy or girl, but we're withholding that information at least for a while. anyway, praise God for a very good report all around. only 20 more weeks til s/he's on the scene!

very cool. i love sonograms. congratualtions on the little one.
i tried to get my kids to watch videos of themselves in vitro but it freaked them out. i now hold the fact that i have videos of their actual births over their heads as punishment. "be good or i will put on the video of you being born!". i think they are still young enough to find it incredibly upsetting to consider that there was ever a world that did not have them in it.

Your baby is beautiful. I am so excited for you guys. I wonder if we are having the same gender baby you are? I won't know till July, but it would be fun -- of course they can be friends either way! Michelle--I want to get together one of these days soon -- what days are good for you?

Okay. I'm tired of staring with my nose a millimeter from the screen to see if I could surreptitiously discover the gender of Baby. I can't. :-) But I think I have fully taken in the extreme cuteness of said offspring. Congratulations. See you next week!

ha! you're not going to see much as far as boy/girl goes in the scans we posted. we've withheld the revealing shot, but we'll post it after the shower (which is when we're telling everyone). we're actually disappointed in the quality of the sonograms, but the video is sooo great. action packed. hopefully soon we'll have it online.

When is the shower? Will we be back yet? We love you guys.

I love the crudeness of quality of the sonogram. It holds a beauty of more primitive technology. To me it looks like a rubber stamp image ya know? Your little one has a beautiful profile. Congrats guys!!

there will be a family shower in PA May 1, and I think a church shower (not sure when?) and I think an everyone-else shower (June? July?). I think yall will be back then, Jose? We miss and love you too!
