there's hope for us yet
After years of being blissfully unaware of what was on TV, I was particularly un-blissed to learn that Fox was doing a drama involving a family in the porn industry. Add to that the guilt that I felt because we just finished doing the website of our local Fox station, which of course promotes the show.
Thankfully, the people have spoken. We don't want to see a crappy romeo-and-juliet ripoff that revolves around porn. Cancelled after 3 episodes. And stay out.

Actually, I read a review of it in the NYT's the said it was a fairly nuanced moral drama. It doesn't glorify the porn industry at all, in fact, it's used a real conflicting backdrop as the porn CEO tries to raise his kids and give them some kinda moral compass.
But then again, you might be thinking that the show is bad simply because it is associated with porn. In that case, I'm uplugging my internet right now.
no, I dont object b/c it's associated w/ porn. I object b/c it attempted to normalize it.
porn ceo; moral compass; puh-leeze.
that shite is destroying people everywhere, including me, including you. it pisses me off that fox would try to push this envalope even more.
