fibromyalgia
Some of you out in blog land may know that my beautiful wife Michelle has fibromyalgia. Many folks don't know what the heck that is, although most seem to know of someone who has it. It's rather complex, but the end result is chronic fatigue and soreness in muscles. Basically like you have the flu all the time. No fun.
Yet God is faithful and has blessed us in many ways, and I'm not just saying that because I should. More on that later.
Meanwhile, you can check out the updates that Michelle has been sending out, starting with a brutally honest, yet somewhat confusing, plea for prayer. So check it out, and pray for us.

I am new to the chattablog family and I read your post on fibromyalgia. My sister suffers from it and my prayers are with you. I know that it can be a very trying and tiring desease. God Bless.
I feel for you and your wife. I was diagnosed as having a mild case of fibromyalgia. It was a widely misunderstood disease, and sometimes the fact that others don't understand it or believe it make suffering from it worse. I was also diagnosed as having chronic fatigue syndrome before it was "trendy." I pray for you...the chronic illnesses are the ones that are the most difficult to stand up under. Be strong. God is faithful.
I have been diagnosed with severe fibro myalagia a couple of weeks ago after a 5 years of illness which i have been tested for everything imaginable. Only though God's grace I have turned a negative into a positive. Jeanie
Hi my name is Karen and i also was diagnosed with Fibro Myalagia about a year ago. Since then i have given up work and it has affected my life like you wouldn,t believe, I think the hardest thing to deal with is not being able to do the things i use to be able to do, because of the pain and fatigue, but the one thing we must remember is to keep moving. good luck to all Love Karen
